W2 online issue with reporting tax company

Hi,

We use feature UTXRP to report all tax companies (B to Z) into just one Company-A for tax reporter (PU19). We need to create PA3228 record for all employees so they can view/download W2 when generated through ESS. The issue is, for employees in tax companies B-Z, tax company in PA3228 is their actual tax company (B-Z) and not A. Due to this reason, they were not able to see the W2 online. How can we fix this? Appreciate your response.
