However, the 'new' button to create the visit is not visible in my 'service agent' role. This is why I think I am missing a business roles and / or work centers in my 'serviceagent01'.
Was there also not a Gantt chart visibility for resource scheduling. I saw a graphical interface to re-schedule maintenance visits.
