The issue is solved, thanks anyway.
Soluction:
EUPEXR can't be an inbound parameter. I've configured EUPEXPORT and I've sended outbound IDOC type EUPEXR to EUPEXPORT in we20. This can be configured as all IHC manual explain or See SAP note 527431.
