Thanks a lot for your response.

I don't want to delete those fields from the table. Since I want to use the same fields to assign document structure & doc field in the other access of the same access sequence.

For example, in the ZPAG access sequence, I have created two access ( 20 & 21) using the same table.

In access 20, I don't want to assign any values to material pricing group and use fields. But in access 21, I want to assign the value for field " Use" .

Kindly advice if there is any other option.
