Need help with this issue please.
I am trying to pull up security notes from solman_workcenter (ST 710 SP13) by applying filter as shown in the picture. My filters for technical system, time period, component plug-in versions/ kernel patch level version everything remaining constant technically I should get same no. of security notes. Is that correct?
I have been getting different results almost every week (I check weekly). What might be wrong?? Does SAP changes what solution manager pulls based on feedback from customers or any other factor?
I make sure to hit refresh so it connects to SAP portal and get updated info each time.
Please help!
