BPC 10.1 BPF hyperlink for input form doesn't open on MS Office 2013

Hi friends,

When we try open input form from BPF step (Internet Explorer 9), input form doesn't open on MS Office 2013.

Our customers can not change IE version. So we need to open this input form from IE 9 to Office 2013.

What can we do? What are your advices?
