SAP Workmanager 6.3 - MeterManagement - No equipment

Hello,

I try to install a meter in an "install" workOrder. But I have any equipment in the searchList.

I debug the method of GET_COMPLEX_TABLE class /SMERP/CL_PM_EQUIPMENT_DO. I see that it try to select a dummy ( lc_dummy_equi  TYPE equnr VALUE '999999999999999999',) I try change this to an ID equipment in debug, but no result. What kind of parameters or configuration in configPanel, I can do?
