To those of you who use a 3rd party provider to administer your COBRA, what are your plans? Our provider is going to create a file for their customers containing most of the info we will need, and our Development Team has suggested that we consider using IT0212 (COBRA Health Plans) in hopes that we can take advantage of the standard ACA reporting functionality for COBRA recipients. However, when I try to add IT0212 to a terminated pernr via PA30 in our test system, I get error "Entry [planid] does not exist T5UBA (check error)." All of our plan config has been in place for years, so the message seems misleading. I've checked the IMG and confirmed that our medical plans have been designated as COBRA eligible. Any ideas about the error, or any warnings about using IT0212?
