There is an open adjustment so execute the report usmd_adjust_staging report for MM data model in se38.

The TADIR error generally happens if the package is not correct. Assign a package with your namespace for MM data model in Data modeling->Assign package for customizing include and also assign package in the column when you generate the structures.
