Transfer Material to material

Hello guys,

I have two questions related to a material reconfiguration process.

I know that in MB11 with movement type 309 is possible to transfer a stock and even a serial number from multiple materials to a certain material. Is it possible to do the opposite? I meant, a material stock being transferred to multiple materials as they are its components for example.

Also I've tried to transfer multiple materials a  certain one and I see and error saying serial profile is different, that is why one of my materials being transferred wasn't serialized. It might by a strange question, but is it possible to do this procedure between serialized and not serialized materials?
