Possibility of customer email whitelisting for C4C email campaigns

As customers become more and more sophisticated protecting themselves from spam messages, they all use browsers' spam-marking features. All of today's browsers set up filters against spam emails, and corporate customers all have that feature enabled. Naturally, emails generated by C4C for email campaigns will most likely be bounced or sent directly to Junk email folders.

Please, notice, I'm talking about of the acquired email lists, i.e. customer emails not yet familiar in any way with a given C4C tenant of an SAP client. In order for a campaign to be successful, the email must pass through the junk (spam) filters of MS Outlook, Gmail, Hotmail etc. accounts.

Is there a way to set a white-list for messages generated in C4C? If not, is it possible to set something in Hybris Marketing (former SAP CEI) for the campaigns originating from it? Is SAP considering providing such a feature when setting a C4C email server?

This is very important as if the spam filters bounce most of the email originating from C4C, what's even the point of having Marketing campaign capability via email channel at all?
