A little more detail...
We are attempting to run a revenue forecast report with the following information:
Row Hierarchy: Account>Opportunity>Probability>Product>Gross Margin
Column Hierarchy: Revenue Distribution month/year>Revenue Distribution Amount
Gross Margin is an Extension Field that had to be created at the Product level as it was not a standard field.
The Key Figures in this report are Probability, Gross Margin and Revenue Distribution Amount.
When attempting to adjust the hierarchy, we are unable to do so because the reporting engine is grouping the Key Figures. We can only move the group and not the individual Key Figure. All must be as a Row or all must be as a Column.
