CAL - Predictive Scenario

I am using the CAL Hybrys Marketing system and I am trying to do a predictive scenario. I create target group using the segment profile CRM Business Partner: Buying Propensity.

Then I created the predictive model using the scenario Buying propensity. This requires me to select a target object such as "service fixed price" or "spare part".

Before adding a fit we are required to set the model to in-preparation. However as soon as I do that I get an error saying "model cannot be set to In Preparation when based on a training set that contains no hits regarding the target variable".

Can someone advise me how to address this? The fact it allows me to choose the target group would imply I ave the correct target group and also the correct segmentation model.

Does the predictive scenario work in the CAL image?

Do I need to expose the target object using SPRO? If so how?

Is there documentation describing what predictive scenarios work in the CAL image?
